As part of the continuous improvement of its Quality System, SIVA is implementing the revision of the Control Plans of the parts in production through a more careful assessment of the Risks (Risk Analysis).
SIVA has started a program of visits at customers’ premises to analyze the risks together: we check the critical characteristics for product safety, its function, and the critical characteristics for the production process.
Following this analysis, taking into account the critical issues related to the raw material, the treatments and the peculiarities of the tools, SIVA updates the control plans, as agreed with the customer.
Moreover, during the acquisition and preliminary analysis for the construction of new tools, SIVA pay particular attention to the specifications marked in the technical documentation that could represent a risk.
This activity strengthens the relationship between SIVA and its customers with a proactive approach to Quality.
